Welcome Home

From the first time we spoke, Ryan has been knowledgeable, patient and on our side. This was a first home purchase for us and through the entire process Ryan was able to guide us, educate us and be on the look out for potential roadblocks. At no point did we feel that Ryan was in it for his own gains, but he clearly loves helping people find the right home for their families. However long that may take this guy will go to bat for you. After the sale, Ryan is now handling finding a tenant for us with his expertise in the property management sector and the transition from purchase to preparing the home for rent has been seamless. Thanks Ryan!

Many thanks to Sarah Brown for her professional help and successful sale of our Rohnert Park home. During the process she was always available to answer our questions in a timely manner. From the beginning to end she checked in with us about our needs and expectations. We followed her guidance and recommendations for preparing the house for the market. She reassured us it would pay off, and it did! We love the care she put into staging the house for marketing pictures, tours, and Open Houses. We highly recommend Sarah Brown as an honest real estate agent who will work for the client. All her hard work and dedication brought us well over asking price.

Patty was my agent in Sonoma. She's very professional and I highly recommend her. It took less than 30 days from my house to sell. She kept me well informed and did a great job. For anyone selling a house Patty is the one you want.

Ryan has been leasing and managing our rentals since 2015. He knows exactly what he’s doing. He has a competent team of professionals, handymen, roofers, painters, housekeepers, movers, exterminators, contractors, etc. that he (and you) can rely on. He has been great at finding and qualifying tenants. He is always available, easy to reach day or night. We have recommended him to friends and neighbors. All have thanked us. He also sold two properties for us. In addition to the above, Ryan is a genuinely good person.

Highly recommend Ryan for all your real estate needs. He is a true professional and gentleman. My husband and I and our two dogs rented a beautiful property he managed in St Helena, and it was a 5-star experience from start to finish.

Ana was amazing to work with. She has a wealth of knowledge about real estate in the county and we couldn't have got our house without her master negotiating skills. She is friendly and warm and easy to talk to and has all the connections and info and hookups for inspections and all other things needed to close on a home. Highly recommend! Thanks, Ana!

Sarah was a great addition to our team while searching for a home. She always had a great attitude and was willing to go well out of her way for showings and any questions we had or forms we needed to fill out. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home!

I've known Patty for almost 20 years as she assisted us in the purchase of the property on Ernest Dr. Patty is a consummate professional, and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. She's had more to do than normal as I am not local and had furnishings to dispose of. Patty worked really hard to locate people who need after the fires last fall. She was at the house frequently to take care of things in my absence. Thank you, Patty, for going above and beyond to facilitate my sale!

I was having a difficult time selling my dad's house. I live out of town so that made it even harder. I started working with Sarah in January and she was able to find a buyer fairly quickly. she was very involved and always in communication to let me know what was going on.

I have been especially happy working several times with Patty. She is well-versed in all aspects of the real estate market. Patty saved me so much time and trouble and sold my property quickly. She also helped get inspections, comps and held open houses on my mother small 55+ neighborhood house and got it sold fast. I recommended her to four of my personal friends and all have been delighted with her service. I recommend Patty highly to everyone buying or selling.

Sarah was great to work with. We were very picky home buyers and she was very patient and helped us find the perfect spot. She is friendly and bubbly and easy to talk to and she always made herself available and tracked down all the info we asked for time and time again. Thanks, Sarah!

As a first time buyer, I couldn't be happier with Patty. From the beginning she was prepared and knowledgeable. On her first appointment, she brought us both a package full of information that was very helpful. When we were looking at homes, she listened to what we wanted and only showed us houses with our top "wants". Patty was the one who found the house we ultimately bought. I was out of town, but she thought that my fiancé should see it right away and she was right. When he saw it, he called me right away and I made an appointment with Patty to see it as soon as I returned. Once we decided to buy, Patty was so helpful. She recommended a loan age...

The thing I really like about Patty -- and why I can't recommend her enough -- is that she is completely honest, trustworthy, no pressure, and really on her client's side. She also knows Sonoma in/out it will make sure you have the most contentious, inspectors, and find the right property for you. Patty made me feel like I was her highest priority at all times. I've already passed her number onto to many friends.

Patty Marken has the personal integrity and knowledge of the market and ability to understand my needs that make her invaluable in my purchasing any property in Sonoma. I've purchased property all over the United States and Patty Marken ranks at the very top of her profession. At this point, I have purchased five properties with Patty Marken's assistance in Sonoma--the majority of them million dollar plus properties. In each case Patty brought the properties to me and negotiated them so quickly and so deftly that I won every property I wanted to buy. I would not think of buying another property in Sonoma without Patty's assistance. I recommend Patty...

Ana was amazing throughout our nearly two-year search for a home. She was a constant calm presence. Always willing to hop on a call, answer any questions, and coach us through the home-buying process. I can’t imagine doing it without her and would recommend her to anyone starting their own home search.
