Her career began as a superintendent overseeing build-outs, where she learned the ins and outs of working with building departments and navigating complex permitting processes. Over time, she transitioned into real estate, discovering a true gift for helping homeowners who faced property challenges—whether it was resolving code enforcement issues, addressing unpermitted work, or guiding them through tricky compliance matters.

Delores has built a reputation as a trusted bridge between property owners and local agencies, turning potentially stressful situations into smooth, positive resolutions. Along the way, she’s made countless friends in the community—and she believes those friendships are the foundation for future business and shared success.

A committed supporter of animal welfare, Delores is a proud donor to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. She is an active member of the San Francisco Buddhist Center and is affiliated with the Science of the Soul Center in Petaluma. Delores spends a lot of her spare time with her 2 W. Highland terriers which she adores.
