Gerrett Snedaker is Broker/Partner in the ownership of Reserve Properties - an independent real estate services organization serving Northern California's Wine Country. The brokerage provides residential, commercial, vineyard and wine industry and property management services. Gerrett has held real estate licenses since 1966 and has been active in real estate development, mortgage origination, title insurance, brokerage and brokerage management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies from the University of Florida and a Masters of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Loyola University.
