About Isaac Raboy

For more than three decades, Isaac has helped clients navigate the opportunities and challenges of commercial real estate in Sonoma Valley and far beyond. As an advisor with Mason McDuffie Commercial, Isaac has represented both the Landlords and tenants for shopping centers, office buildings, and investment properties, earning the trust of organizations such as Sonoma Valley Hospital, the Sonoma Valley Redevelopment Agency, and the Lynch family of the Sonoma Index-Tribune. Known for persistence and attention to detail, Isaac has negotiated major retail leases, secured tenants for new developments, and guided investors through complex property exchanges nationwide.

A U.S. Air Force veteran and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Isaac began his real estate career in lending, managing Community Lending Inc.’s San Mateo branch before moving into commercial real estate. Actively involved in the community, Isaac has served on the Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce and Sonoma Valley Tennis Association boards, volunteered with the Wilmar Center for Bereaved Children, and is a volunteer driver for FISH (Friends in Sonoma Helping) for Sonoma Valley residents needing rides to medical appointments.
