About Samantha Johnson

As a local to the Bay Area, I have witnessed the fluctuations in our real estate market over the years and understand the unique qualities of the different markets throughout the Bay. I also know firsthand through working in the moving industry how stressful transitions can be. It is one of the big reasons why I started in real estate – To help others adjust during major life changes, such as purchasing or selling a property. 

While attaining a bachelor’s degree at Cal Poly Humboldt and simultaneously working on campus for the Facilities Management Department during my college career, I learned a great deal about property management for both residential and commercial spaces. Before starting as a Realtor, I also worked in the insurance industry with licenses for Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health or Sickness Insurance. During the years that I worked in insurance, I’ve learned what favorable and unfavorable qualities insurance companies look for with properties. I bring to the table a unique perspective on purchasing and selling real estate considering my background in moving, storage, property management and insurance.
